Who is Becca?
I first met yoga when I was about 11 years old, I found the book 'Wake Up to Yoga' by Lyn Marshall on my mum's bookshelf. I snuck the book into my bedroom and tried to copy the poses in there...safe to say, I had no idea what I was doing!

Roll on 10 years and dalliances with various meditation groups and fitness regimes and I finally found myself a fully fledged Buddhist with the Soka Gakkai International and a keen yoga student. My Buddhist and yoga practice went together beautifully, hand-in-hand.

I continued to practice yoga for another 14 years with various teachers from different yogic traditions and loved how it made me feel mentally, emotionally and physically.

In 2021 the perfect opportunity arose to attend a 200 hour yoga teacher training course with Sandstone Yoga, I qualified in the October and haven't looked back! I attended a Children's and Teen's yoga teacher training course (50 hours) with Wellbeing Bees in 2022 and loved it!
I run weekly classes and regular Wellbeing/Retreat Days. Recently I have also been teaching at a city council Family and Children's Service, reaching people who would never consider yoga to be."their thing" - I love this!

I firmly believe that yoga is for everybody and every body and I am so excited share my practice with you.
