I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE, WHICH CLASS SHOULD I COME TO?
I endeavour to create classes that are suitable for all abilities, ages, genders and levels of experience... however, for those who are less confident, please get in touch to chat about your options. I occasionally run a beginners yoga course too, where I will introduce you to all the basics of yoga at a gentle pace. Keep an eye out for new dates for these.

I CAN'T TOUCH MY TOES, CAN I STILL COME TO YOGA?
Absolutely! Yoga is not about touching your toes or tying yourself in knots. You don't need to be able to stand on your head or get into any complicated poses. Yoga literally means 'Union'. It is the union of breath and body, body and mind, mind and heart.
Yoga is connection. One of the many benefits of yoga practice is that you will become more flexible, but our aim as yoga practitioners is to connect our body and movements with our breath, to calm the mind and to feel great!

CAN I BOOK A PRIVATE CLASS?
Yes! I offer 1:1 private classes for £30 per hour. I am happy to come to your home or we can arrange for an alternative location if you prefer. You could also book me for small groups (2 - 4 people). Prices for small groups start from £40 per hour.
All private classes will be designed with you in mind.
